(A) Positions at Corporate Office:

1. CFO (Code No. CP-01)

• Qualification: CA/MBA (Finance)/M.Com (1st class from a reputed institution)
• Experience: 18-22 years (including 4-5 years as Financial Controller or CFO in the infrastructure sector)
• Preferred: CS or ICWA qualification
• Max Age: 55 years

2. VP/AVP/GM/Project-Coordinator (Code No. PC01)

• Qualification: BE (Civil)/DCE
• Experience: 15+ years in planning & execution of highway projects, contract administration, and team leadership

3. VP/AVP/GM/DGM/AGM (Contracts) (Code No. CON02)

• Qualification: BE (Civil)/DCE (Civil)
• Experience: 10+ years in handling techno-contractual matters of infrastructure projects (NHAI, MORTH, FIDIC, EPC & PPP contracts)

4. VP/AVP/GM/DGM/AGM/Manager (Accounts/Audit/Finance) (Code No. AAF03)

• Qualification: CA (Inter) with 10-20 years experience or CA (Final) with 7-20 years experience
• Preferred: Experience in SAP, project accounting, and MIS reporting

5. GM/DGM/AGM (Insurance) (Code No. INS04)

• Qualification: Postgraduate
• Experience: 15+ years in insurance for EPC sector, including policy procurement, claims submission, and SAP knowledge

(B) Positions at Project Site (Highway Projects):

1. Chief Project Manager/Sr. Project Manager/Project Manager (Code No. PM01)

• Qualification: BE (Civil)/DCE
• Experience: 15-25 years in end-to-end project management of highway projects (flexible & rigid pavements, structures, NHAI projects)
