Open Positions & Requirements

1. Planning Engineer (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) – Renewable Power Sector

• Experience Required: 3-10 years

Key Requirements:

• Experience in renewable projects (Wind/Solar) with expertise in EHV & 33KV transmission lines, WTG installation, substations, solar projects, commissioning, and regulatory approvals (CEIG, CEA, SECI, STU, CTU, PGCIL).
• Skilled in statutory approvals, NOCs, land acquisition (sale deed, mutation, lease, easement), PMO, risk, time, and cost management.
• Proficient in Primavera, MSP, and industry best practices.

2. Architect/Civil Engineer – Architecture/Interior

• Experience Required: 5-10 years

Key Requirements:

• Experienced in planning and executing large commercial office fit-outs from concept to commissioning, with projects of at least 1 lakh sq. ft. on a single floor.

3. Road Engineering Expert – Industrial Construction (Civil Engineering)

• Experience Required: 8-10 years

Key Requirements:

• Graduate and Postgraduate in Engineering with expertise in road & highway construction.
• Experience in design review, project planning, contractor management, budgeting, quality assurance, safety compliance, problem-solving, and documentation.

4. Construction Expert – Industrial Construction (Civil Engineering)

• Experience Required: 8-10 years

Key Requirements:

• Graduate in Civil Engineering with a Postgraduate degree in Construction Management (NICMAR or equivalent).
• Experience in the design and construction of infrastructure projects, roads, highways, and utilities.

5. Projects Planning/Scheduling Expert – Industrial Construction (Civil Engineering)

• Experience Required: 8-10 years

Key Requirements:

• Graduate in Civil Engineering with a Postgraduate degree in Construction Management (NICMAR or equivalent).
• Experience in MS Project, P6, EVM, and ERP modules.
• PMP preferred, with a track record of independently preparing 50+ project schedules.
