We are hiring experienced professionals for our Jharkhand Power Plant project:
1. HEAD – POWER PROJECT
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Experience: 20-25 years in leading power plant projects, including engineering, planning, procurement, project management, and execution.
2. HEAD – FINANCE/CFO
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience: 20-25 years in project finance, capital planning, financial modeling, fund raising, risk management, and commercial negotiations, with at least 5 years in the thermal power sector.
3. SITE HEAD – POWER PROJECT
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Experience: 15-20 years in power plant projects, including engineering, site execution, project monitoring, erection & construction, and safety compliance.
4. DGM/GM/SR. GM/AVP – HR
Qualification: PGD/MBA in HR
Experience: 15-20 years in HR & IR, statutory compliances, contractor workforce management, with at least 5 years in the thermal power industry.
