Job Details:
- Position: HR Officer / Assistant Manager – HR
- Location: Udaipur Head Office
- Industry: Construction (Road & Highway)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR compliance for construction sites (contract labour, BOCW, EPF, ESIC, etc.)
- Handle labour law audits and statutory documentation
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for manpower compliance
- Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth communication with internal teams
Candidate Profile
- Experience: Prior experience in construction industry HR is essential
- Skills: Strong documentation, compliance, and communication skills
- Location Preference: Candidates from Udaipur or those willing to relocate
- Salary: Up to ₹5.5 LPA (Negotiable for the right candidate)
