- Qualification: B.E (Civil/Mechanical)
- Experience: 8 to 10 Years
- Job Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Finalize contracts for civil, mechanical, and electrical services.
- Identify vendors and review service contracts.
- Obtain offers for pre-bid projects.
- Issue RFQs to selected vendors.
- Finalize scope and prepare LOA/PO.
- Maintain a database of service contracts.
- Support the proposal team during pre-bid activities.
