Open Positions & Responsibilities:
1. Contracts Administration
- Drafting contracts, managing claims and variations, client coordination.
2. Techno-Commercial Analyst
- Financial analysis, commercial evaluation. (B.E. Civil + MBA Finance preferred)
3. Commercial Control
- Budgeting, cost control, project operations management.
4. Procurement MEP
- Material sourcing, vendor negotiation, ERP handling, cost control, subcontractor management.
5. Planning
- Project planning, scheduling, and costing for commercial & residential projects.
6. Quality Assurance & Control
- Handling quality systems, material testing, audits, and compliance with ISO standards.
Location: Corporate Office – Mumbai
Experience Required: 5 to 20 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech – Civil (PG Preferred)
