1. Project Director
- Qualification: B.E. Civil / B.Tech Civil
- Experience: 25–30 Years (Minimum 5 years as Project Director in GCC)
- Additional Requirement: Experience in Villas & High-Rise Towers
2. Project Manager
- Qualification: B.E. Civil / B.Tech Civil
- Experience: 20–25 Years (Minimum 5 years as Project Manager in GCC)
- Additional Requirement: Experience in Villas & High-Rise Towers
3. Construction Manager
- Qualification: B.E. Civil / B.Tech Civil
- Experience: 18–20 Years (Minimum 5 years as Construction Manager in GCC)
- Additional Requirement: Experience in Villas & High-Rise Towers
Eligibility Criteria
- Must have managed at least two full project lifecycles.
- 10–15 years of GCC experience in Project Operations is mandatory.
