• Location: Project Site / Corporate Office (Noida, Uttar Pradesh)

1. Billing Engineer – 01 Position
• Qualification: B.E / B.Tech – Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 2 – 8 Years in construction billing
• Experience in Residential / Commercial / Infrastructure Projects preferred
Key Responsibilities
• Preparation and certification of RA Bills and Final Bills
• Measurement and verification of executed quantities at site
• Preparation of Client Bills as per BOQ and work progress
• Checking and verification of Subcontractor Bills
• Maintaining material reconciliation statements (Steel, Cement, etc.)
• Coordination with Site Engineers and Planning Team for work progress data
• Preparation of extra item statements and variation claims
• Tracking work orders, rate analysis, and contract terms
• Maintaining billing records and documentation
• Assisting in cost control and budget monitoring
• Preparation of monthly billing reports and MIS
• Ensuring compliance with contractual conditions and payment terms
Required Skills
• Good knowledge of BOQ and tender documents
• Strong quantity take-off and measurement skills
• Knowledge of rate analysis
• Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas preferred)
• Knowledge of ERP / SAP systems (if applicable)
• Understanding of construction drawings
• Good communication and coordination skills
