Planning & Billing Engineer – Highway Projects
Qualification
• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Master’s Degree preferred
Experience: 1 to 3 Years
Job Locations
• Akot, Maharashtra
• Surat, Gujarat
Job Description
• Preparation and tracking of DPR (Daily Progress Reports) and progress in ERP (NWAY)
• Planning and scheduling project activities as per baseline program
• Preparation and submission of Client RA Bills
• Subcontractor bill verification and coordination
• Billing coordination with site, accounts, and client representatives
• Cost monitoring and reconciliation with executed quantities
• Updating project data in Nway ERP
• Assisting in MIS report preparation and project performance tracking
• Coordination with execution team for daily progress updates
• Ensuring timely submission and follow-up of bills for certification
Skills & Competencies
• Strong knowledge of Road & Highway Project Billing
• Hands-on experience in DPR tracking and progress monitoring
• Good understanding of BOQ, Quantity Surveying & Rate Analysis
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced Formulas, Pivot Tables, MIS Reporting)
• Basic knowledge of MS Project / Primavera
• ERP experience (Nway preferred)
• Good communication and coordination skills
