Assistant Planning Manager
- Experience: 15-17 years
- Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience with high-rise projects, villas, and towers is required.
Planning Manager
- Experience: 18-23 years
- Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience with high-rise projects, villas, and towers is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate with managers, engineers, and stakeholders for seamless project execution.
- Optimize resource allocation for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor progress, analyze deviations, and implement corrective actions.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
2. Planning Engineer / Senior Planning Engineer
Planning Engineer
- Experience: 8-10 years
- Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience with high-rise projects is required.
Senior Planning Engineer
- Experience: 10-14 years
- Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience with high-rise projects is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to optimize resources and resolve conflicts.
- Analyze progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead planning meetings and ensure schedule adherence.
- Implement project control procedures for successful delivery.
