1. Lead Engineer – Mechanical Design
- Experience: 10–15 Years
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech – Mechanical
- Location: Pune
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze specifications and requirements to design detailed piping systems and layouts.
- Perform calculations for pipe sizing, equipment sizing, pressure loss, and heat transfer.
2. Manager – Accounts Payable
- Experience: 10–15 Years
- Qualification: B.Com / MBA – Finance
- Location: Pune
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client, vendor, and contractor invoice processing.
- Reconcile accounts payable ledgers and prepare financial reports.
- Manage daily transactions and ensure timely, accurate payments.
3. Sr. Officer / Asst. Manager – HR (Compliance)
- Experience: 5–8 Years
- Qualification: Graduate
- Location: Pune
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with the Minimum Wages Act, 1948.
- Prepare and process monthly wage sheets for 500–800 workers PAN India.
- Manage PF & ESIC challan uploads and oversee Labour Licenses, CLRA, ISMW, and BOCW renewals.
4. Engineer / Sr. Engineer – Planning
- Experience: 4–7 Years
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E – Mechanical
- Location: Rajasthan / Gujarat / Assam
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project scheduling using Primavera (P6) or MS Project.
- Coordinate with site, procurement, and engineering teams.
- Prepare progress reports, verify site quantities, and support billing activities.
