Open Positions
1. Junior Engineer / Technician – Electrical
- Qualification: Diploma in Electrical / ITI in Electrician
- Experience: 3 to 6 years in the Chemical Industry
- Age Limit: Below 30 years
Key Knowledge Required:
- LT/HT systems, VFDs, starters
- Electrical plant equipment troubleshooting
- MCC/PCC routine operations and preventive maintenance
- Experience in flameproof equipment and I-MCC
- Team handling and site coordination
Technical Understanding Required:
- Transformer and Motor: Working principle, parts, protection, and maintenance
- Flameproof System: Criteria and temperature class
- IMCC operations
2. Junior Engineer / Technician – Instrumentation
- Qualification: Diploma in Instrumentation & Control / ITI in IMCP
- Experience: 3 to 8 years in the Chemical Industry
- Age Limit: Below 30 years
Key Knowledge Required:
- DCS/PLC system operations
- Foundation Fieldbus (preferred)
- Instrumentation testing, calibration, troubleshooting
- Familiarity with:
- Control valves
- Mass flow meters
- Analyzers
- Level and pressure transmitters
- Weighing systems
3. Junior Engineer / Technician – Utility
- Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / ITI in RFM
- Experience: 3 to 8 years in the Chemical Industry
- Age Limit: Below 30 years
Key Knowledge Required:
- Chillers, air compressors, dryers, nitrogen plants, cooling towers
- Hot oil/hot air generator systems and HVAC systems
- Utility equipment maintenance
- Mechanical seal replacement, alignment with dial gauge
- Screw and reciprocating compressor overhauling
- WTP operation, problem-solving, maintenance costing
