1. Property Manager

  • Positions: 1
  • Qualification:
    • Graduate / Postgraduate
    • Preferably with technical background in PM / FM / EM
    • Strong administrative and leadership skills
  • Total Experience:
    • 10–12 Years
  • Relevant Experience:
    • Minimum 5 Years in gated residential communities
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Overall property operations, maintenance, and safety
    • Managing housekeeping, security, and technical teams
    • Vendor management and preventive maintenance planning
    • Complaint resolution, compliance, reporting, and client coordination
    • Ensuring resident satisfaction and operational excellence

2. Assistant Property Manager

  • Positions: 1
  • Qualification:
    • Graduate / Postgraduate
    • Preferably technical background in PM / FM / EM
  • Total Experience:
    • 9–12 Years
  • Relevant Experience:
    • Minimum 3 Years
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Supporting daily property operations and maintenance
    • Supervising housekeeping, security, and technical staff
    • Managing preventive maintenance schedules
    • Handling resident complaints and compliance reporting
    • Leading MEP systems and maintenance programs

3. Manager – MEP

  • Positions: 1
  • Qualification:
    • Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Total Experience:
    • 7–12 Years
  • Relevant Experience:
    • Minimum 3 Years
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Managing MEP systems and technical operations
    • Optimizing energy and water consumption
    • Vendor AMC management and statutory compliance
    • Conducting audits and ensuring operational efficiency

4. Manager – Security

  • Positions: 1
  • Qualification:
    • Any Graduate
    • Preferably Security / Defence / Ex-Serviceman background
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2 Years in corporate security operations
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • End-to-end site security and safety management
    • Monitoring CCTV, guards, and emergency response systems
    • SOP implementation, incident reporting, and vendor coordination

5. Manager – Facility

  • Qualification:
    • Any Graduate
    • Preferably Hospitality / Hotel Management / Facility Management
  • Total Experience:
    • 7–9 Years
