Diploma Trainee Engineer / Apprentice
- Eligibility: Diploma in Electrical, ECE, or EEE
- Pass-out Years: 2023, 2024, or 2025
- Minimum Marks: 45% (no active backlogs)
- Age: 19 to 24 years
- Physical Requirement: Fit to climb Wind Turbine Generator towers; must be medically fit
- Selection Process: MCQ-based Technical Test on Electrical/ECE/EEE through mobile, WhatsApp, or Google platform.
Open Positions for Experienced Professionals
1. Lead Site Operation (Site Incharge) – Deputy Manager (04 Openings)
- Diploma/BE in Electrical/ECE/EEE
- Experience: 8+ years in wind energy
2. Site Operation Engineer (OE) – Assistant Manager (05 Openings)
- Diploma/BE in relevant field
- Experience: 4+ years in wind energy
3. Shift Engineer (15 Openings)
- Diploma in Electrical/ECE/EEE
- Experience: 2+ years in operations & maintenance
