Position Details
- Role: Junior Engineer – Civil (Finishing)
- Location: Sector 53, Gurugram
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering (from a reputed institution)
- Experience: 4–5 years (mandatory in high-rise projects)
- Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA
- Interview Mode: Face-to-Face
- Industry: Real Estate – High-Rise Residential & Commercial Projects
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
- Supervision & execution of all finishing works – plastering, painting, tiling, false ceiling, waterproofing, joinery & interiors.
- Ensure work as per architectural drawings, finishing specifications & quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors & project teams for timely completion of finishing milestones.
- Monitor material usage & availability for finishing activities.
- Conduct quality checks & ensure adherence to finish standards and mock-up approvals.
- Resolve on-site issues related to finishing works; escalate critical concerns to Project Manager.
- Maintain documentation – progress reports, snag lists & rectification records.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety & environmental standards during finishing works.

- Must have high-rise project experience
- Must be a resident of Delhi NCR
- Immediate joiners only
