1. Quantity Survey Manager – (2 Positions)

• Qualification: Master’s in Civil Engineering / Certificate in Quantity Surveying
• Experience: Min. 10 years in IT/IES, Commercial, or Institutional building projects
• Role: Verify executed works, quantify materials, maintain measurement books, report to Site Engineer

2. Design Review Manager – Structural – (2 Positions)

• Qualification: Master’s in Structural Engineering
• Experience: Min. 15 years in design of IT/IES, Commercial, or Institutional buildings
• Role: Ensure drawings are technically sound, feasible, and financially optimal

3. Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager – (2 Positions)

• Qualification: Master’s in Civil/Materials Engineering (preferably in Concrete/Materials Engineering)
• Experience: Min. 10 years as Third-Party Quality Assurance Auditor in similar projects
• Role: Ensure high-quality construction works

4. Construction Manager / Resident Engineer cum Building Manager – (2 Positions)

• Qualification: Master’s in Civil Engineering
