Open Positions & Requirements:
1. Chief Resident Engineer and Team Leader
- Qualification: Postgraduate in Civil Engineering / Environmental Engineering / Hydraulics / Public Health Engineering
Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience
- Must have led at least one project as Team Leader / Resident Engineer / Project Manager in the detailed design of Water or Sewage Treatment Projects
2. Deputy Chief Resident Engineer / Deputy Team Leader cum Senior Highway Engineer
- Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering with Postgraduate in Highway Engineering
Experience:
- Minimum 18 years in design & construction of roads
- Proficient in pavement materials investigation, relevant standards, and specifications
3. Process Engineer / Water Treatment Plant and Water Distribution Design Engineer
- Qualification: Postgraduate in Chemical Engineering / Public Health Engineering / Environmental Engineering / Environmental Science
Experience:
- 15 years in infrastructure & water/wastewater projects
- 10 years in design of water treatment projects
- Experience in construction supervision or O&M of at least 3 treatment plants (capacity >50 MLD)
4. Instrumentation & Control, Automation Engineer
- Qualification: Graduate in Instrumentation Engineering
Experience:
- 10 years in water/wastewater treatment projects
- 7 years in design and construction of automated treatment projects
- Supervision experience for 2 fully automated treatment plants (>50 MLD)
5. Construction Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering
Experience:
- 15 years in project management in infrastructure & water/wastewater treatment projects
- Exposure to PERT and CPM techniques
- At least 5 years as Quantity Surveyor
- Should have handled 2+ water/wastewater plant projects as QS
6. Material Engineer cum Geo-technical Engineer
- Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering with Postgraduate in Geotechnical Engineering / Soil Mechanics
Experience:
- 15 years in construction or construction supervision of infrastructure and water & wastewater treatment projects
- Must have worked as Material Engineer in at least 3 similar projects
7. Quality Assurance / Control Manager
Qualification: Graduate in Civil / Materials Engineering / Geology
- Preferably with a master’s degree in Civil / Concrete / Materials Engineering
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years as a Third-party Quality Assurance Auditor in water and wastewater projects
8. Environmental Manager
Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering
- Preferably with a master’s in Environmental Engineering
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years in environmental assignments related to infrastructure and water sector projects
