Urgent Hiring by Godrej Properties

Open Roles / Functional Areas:

1. Cost and Budgeting

• Oversee project budgets and cost control
• Ensure efficient financial planning for high-rise projects

2. Contract & Procurement

• Manage contracts, vendor agreements, and procurement processes
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and services

3. MEP – Electrical / Mechanical

• Lead MEP design, execution, and quality checks
• Coordinate with project teams for smooth operations

4. Project Execution

• Oversee on-site operations
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget

5. Planning

• Develop project schedules and resource plans
• Track milestones and ensure timely execution

6. Quality

• Maintain quality standards across all construction activities
• Conduct audits and implement corrective measures

7. Safety

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols
• Promote a safe working environment at all project sites

8. Structures Design

• Review and validate structural designs
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure compliance and stability

Other Details:

• Location: Delhi / NCR
• Experience: 7+ years
• Qualification: BE / B.Tech (Civil), Diploma – Civil / MEP / Electrical, M.Tech – Structure
• Preferred Industry: Real Estate (High-rise project experience mandatory)
