- Qualification: B.E. (Civil)
- Experience: 3 years (B.E.) or 7 years (Diploma)
3. Sector Expert – S&T (Survey & Estimation)
- Qualification: B.E. (Electronics)
- Experience: 7 years (B.E.) or 10 years (Diploma)
4. Sector Expert – Finance
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance
