Job Details:
- Position: Training Officers in Electrical Department
- Location: Petamitta, Andhra Pradesh.
- Educational Requirement: Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering
- Experience: For B.Tech: 3+ years of experience in technical training. OR For Diploma: 5+ years of experience required in technical training.
- Technical Skills: Industrial knowledge in the relevant field. OR Knowledge of best industrial practices such as 5S, Kaizen, Quality Circle.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. OR Proficiency in local language is preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conducting classes, monitoring, and evaluating practical and theory sessions for trainees.
- Organizing special training programs.
- Representing in internal/external audits and coordinating SS activities.
- Executing live projects.
- Creating quality circle teams.
- Managing budgeting and cost control activities for labs.
- Inculcating life skills among students.
