- Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 5–6 years
Responsibilities:
- Construction supervision & monitoring
- Civil/mechanical works of dams, tunnels, canals, powerhouse/pumphouse
2. Quality Control Engineers
- Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 5–6 years
Responsibilities:
- Quality control & assurance
- Monitoring civil/structural works of dams, tunnels, canals, powerhouse
3. Geologist
- Qualification: Post-Graduate in Geology
- Experience: 5–6 years
Responsibilities:
- Supervision of geology aspects
- Underground works for dams, tunnels, canals, powerhouse
4. Safety Engineer
- Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering + Diploma/Certification in Safety
- Experience: 5–6 years
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring safety aspects for
- Dams, tunnels, canals, powerhouse & large civil infrastructure projects
5. Planning & Scheduling Expert
- Qualification: Masters in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 15–20 years
Responsibilities:
- Planning, scheduling & evaluation
- Hydropower / water resources projects
6. Construction Management Expert
- Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 20–25 years
Responsibilities:
- Overall construction supervision
- Civil works of dams, tunnels, canals, powerhouse/pumphouse
7. Civil Design Engineers
- Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 5–7 years
Responsibilities:
- Design of hydraulic structures
- Dams, tunnels, canals, powerhouse
8. Procurement & Contract Expert
- Qualification: Masters in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 15–20 years
Responsibilities:
- Procurement planning & contract administration
- Public procurement & ADB guidelines implementation
- Contract interpretation, monitoring systems & project administration manuals
Important Notes
- Mandatory experience in Hydropower / Water Resources Projects
- Experience in other sectors will not be considered
- Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews
- Willingness to work on challenging & technically demanding project sites
- Strong coordination & adaptability skills required
