1. Manager / Sr. Engineer / Engineer – Finishing
- Qualification: BE (Civil) / DCE
- Experience: 5–15 years
- Skills: Independently handling high-end finishing work in residential and commercial buildings
2. Supervisor / Foreman – Finishing
- Qualification: SSC pass
- Experience: 5–25 years
- Skills: Execution of finishing work in residential and commercial buildings
3. Foreman – Steel / Shuttering
- Qualification: ITI
- Experience: 5–25 years
- Skills: Mivan shuttering / steel work in residential and commercial buildings
4. General Foreman / Foreman – Civil
- Qualification: 12th pass
- Experience: 10–30 years
- Skills: RCC, structure, high-end finishing, shuttering, and steel work in residential and commercial buildings
