1. Execution / Projects
- Designation: JE / AE / SE / DPM / Manager
- Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech (Civil)
- Experience: 3 – 15 Years
- Mandatory: Minimum 5 years in Metro/Railway Projects
2. Contracts Department
- Designation: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech (Civil)
- Experience: 5 – 10 Years
- Requirement: Minimum 3 years in relevant role
- Skills Required:
- Knowledge of pile cap, pier, portal beams
- Deck slab, elevated stations, open foundations
- Casting & erection of PSC & RCC girders
3. QS / Billing
- Designation: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech (Civil)
- Experience: 9 – 15 Years
- Requirement: 3–5 years relevant experience
- Skills Required:
- EOTs, extra claims, rate analysis
- Client billing, FIDIC
- Arbitration, dispute resolution
- Pre & post contract management
- MIS reporting of claims
- Note: Must be capable of leading QS & Billing team
4. QA / QC
- Designation: Lab Technician / JE / AE
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / BE / B.Tech (Civil)
- Experience: 3 – 7 Years
- Requirement: 2 years in Metro/Railway QC
5. Resource Mobilization
- Designation: Senior Assistants & Officers
- Employment Type: Permanent / Contract
- Qualification: Relevant Degree
- Experience: 5 – 10 Years
- Requirement:
- Strong network to mobilize workforce as per project needs
6. Safety (HSE)
- Designation: Assistants / Senior Assistants / Officers
- Qualification: Degree + Diploma in Fire & Safety
- Experience: 2 – 5 Years
- Requirement: 2 years relevant experience
- Skills:
- Client documentation
- Site safety operations
7. Survey Department
- Designation: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager
- Qualification: Relevant Degree
- Experience: 9 – 12 Years
- Requirement: 3 years relevant experience
- Role: Lead Survey Team
