- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (LLB preferred)
- Experience: 12+ Years
- Skills:
- EPC / FIDIC contracts knowledge
- Contract drafting, negotiation & claims
- Risk assessment & commercial understanding
2. Manager – Costing (Infrastructure) (1 Position)
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech
- Experience: 10+ Years
- Skills:
- BOQ preparation & rate analysis
- Cost control, budgeting & estimation
- Strong Excel & costing tools knowledge
3. Sr. Manager – Technical (EPC/Infrastructure) (1 Position)
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech
- Experience: 8–12 Years
- Skills:
- Design review & engineering coordination
- Knowledge of codes, standards & methodologies
- AutoCAD / MS Office (BIM preferred)
4. Sr. Manager – Legal (EPC/Infrastructure) (1 Position)
- Qualification: LLB
- Experience: 8–12+ Years
- Skills:
- EPC contracts, arbitration & dispute resolution
- Labour law compliance & legal drafting
- Litigation, risk management & case handling
Key Responsibilities (Overall)
- Tender preparation, BOQ review & contract negotiation
- Cost estimation, budgeting & project cost control
- Technical planning, design review & coordination
- Legal compliance, dispute handling & risk mitigation
- Coordination with clients, consultants & internal teams
Key Requirements
- Experience in EPC / Infrastructure Projects (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of contracts, costing, technical or legal domain (as per role)
- Good communication & stakeholder management skills
