- Carry out tests on construction materials
- Maintain test records and reports
- Ensure calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment
- Ensure quality standards are maintained
2. Lab Helpers
- Assist in laboratory activities and sample preparation
- Cleaning of laboratory equipment and molds
- Help in curing, casting, and laboratory testing work
- Maintain cleanliness and proper material handling
3. Weigh Bridge Operators
- Operate weigh bridge system
- Maintain records of material weights
- Ensure calibration and cleanliness of weigh bridge
- Coordinate with site teams for smooth operations
4. Structures Foreman
- Supervise structural work at site
- Handle RCC, shuttering, and reinforcement activities
- Ensure quality and timely execution of work
- Manage labor, materials, and equipment
- Coordinate with engineers and report progress
5. Supervisor
- Oversee daily site activities
- Ensure quality and safety standards
- Manage workforce and resolve site issues
- Ensure project targets are achieved
