Quantity Surveyor – Civil
- Experience: 0–9 Years
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience in quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation.
- Knowledge of billing, rate analysis, and project measurements.
- Ability to review drawings and prepare quantity calculations.
- Strong understanding of construction materials and project costing.
Quantity Surveyor – MEP / Electrical
- Experience: 0–9 Years
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in MEP quantity surveying and cost estimation.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire fighting systems.
- Ability to prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and billing documentation.
- Experience in project cost control and measurement verification.
Site QS
- Experience: 0–9 Years
- Qualification: Relevant Engineering Qualification Preferred
- Experience in site quantity surveying and project billing.
- Knowledge of measurement recording and quantity verification.
- Ability to coordinate with project execution and billing teams.
- Understanding of construction drawings and project documentation.
