Manager / Senior Manager / AGM – Billing & Planning
Preferred Qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering (Preferred)
- Relevant qualification in Construction Management or Project Planning will be an advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Relevant experience in the Infrastructure Sector
- Experience in Highway, Building, Mining, or Industrial Projects
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed project schedules, resource histograms, and cash flow plans.
- Develop, monitor, and update baseline schedules using MS Project and Primavera P6.
- Prepare look-ahead plans, weekly/monthly progress reports, and recovery plans.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify deviations.
- Prepare and verify RA Bills, BOQ-based billing, and variation claims.
- Ensure timely billing submission and reconciliation with clients and consultants.
- Maintain BOQs, measurements, rate analysis, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Finance teams.
- Support project budgeting, cost forecasting, and value engineering initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with contract conditions and statutory requirements.
- Prepare MIS reports and management dashboards.
