- Experience: 12–15 Years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Overall project planning, execution, and operations.
- Team leadership and subcontractor management.
- Cost, quality, safety, and timeline control.
- Managing building and infrastructure projects valued at ₹15 crore or more.
2. Senior Engineer
- Experience: 7–10 Years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Site execution, planning, and supervision.
- Understanding drawings and BOQs.
- Coordination with consultants, vendors, and site teams.
- Experience in RCC building and infrastructure projects.
3. Junior Engineer
- Experience: 1–3 Years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting senior teams in project execution.
- Assisting with site execution, planning, and coordination.
- Understanding drawings and BOQs.
4. Civil Supervisor
- Experience: 5–7 Years
- Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering
