1. Engineer / Senior Engineer – MEPF Services
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical)
- Experience: 5–10 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning, execution, supervision, and monitoring of MEPF services.
- Site coordination with subcontractors and project teams.
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Workforce and subcontractor management.
2. MEPF Foreman / Supervisor
- Employment: Permanent or Project-Based (Based on Suitability)
- Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing
- Experience: 5–20 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision of MEPF installation works.
- Monitoring daily site activities.
- Coordination with contractors and project engineers.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
3. Engineer / Senior Engineer – Plant & Machinery (P&M)
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical)
- Experience: 5–10 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and maintenance of construction plant and machinery.
- Site plumbing and electrical reticulation.
- Troubleshooting of electrical equipment, including PLC systems.
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance.
4. P&M Foreman / Supervisor
- Employment: Permanent or Project-Based (Based on Suitability)
- Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Electrical / Mechanical / Diesel Mechanic
- Experience: 5–20 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of construction equipment and machinery.
- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Supervision of plant and machinery operations.
- Site utility maintenance and coordination.
