Educational Qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering or other relevant engineering disciplines.
- Candidates should possess the required educational qualification relevant to the applied position.
Eligibility Criteria
- Relevant experience in Building Construction, Infrastructure, or Landscape Development Projects.
- Strong knowledge of finishing materials, site execution, and quality standards.
- Ability to coordinate contractors, supervise site activities, and ensure timely project completion.
- Candidates with experience in premium finishing projects will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
Stone & Flooring Works
- High-precision installation of Marble, Kota Stone, Cobble Stone, Tiles, and Paver Blocks.
Structural Finishing
- Managing RCC finishing works and execution of premium flooring pathways.
Landscape & Site Development
- Supervising horticulture works and aesthetic integration of site features.
- Ensuring high-quality landscape execution and finishing standards.
Project Scope
Selected candidates may be involved in the finishing and development of the following areas:
- Cultural Lawns & Historical Pathways
- Adventure Play Areas
- Kids’ Splash Pools
- Food Courts
- Sunken Seating Lawns
