1. Purchase Manager – Civil

• Department: Procurement
• Experience: 3–12 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
• Develop and evaluate vendors and negotiate the best prices.
• Ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with site, planning, and finance teams.

2. Billing Engineer – Civil

• Department: Billing
• Experience: 3–12 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Running, RA, Final, and Client Bills as per contract terms.
• Verify measurements, BOQ, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with site, planning, and client teams for smooth billing.
• Maintain billing records and follow up on payments.

3. Planning Engineer – Civil

• Department: Planning
• Experience: 3–12 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update project schedules using MS Project or Primavera.
• Monitor project progress and identify delays.
• Prepare look-ahead plans, resource histograms, and S-curves.
• Coordinate with site and other departments.

Educational Qualification

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant engineering discipline.
• Candidates should possess the educational qualification applicable to the position they are applying for.

Eligibility Criteria

• 3–12 years of experience in Industrial Construction Projects.
• Experience in Factory, Plant, Warehouse, PEB, or Steel Structure Projects will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of RCC, Steel Structures, PEB, BOQ, Estimation, Billing, and Contract Management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera (as applicable).
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
