Key Responsibilities
- Lead civil and structural execution across major power project packages.
- Manage foundations, TG decks, boiler structures, chimneys, CW systems, ash dyke and infrastructure works.
- Drive BTG and BOP Civil execution at project sites.
- Coordinate with contractors and manage project interfaces effectively.
- Ensure quality, productivity and schedule adherence during project execution.
- Supervise multiple work fronts and ensure smooth site operations.
- Carry out quantity verification and ensure compliance with approved execution methods.
- Coordinate with project teams and contractors to achieve project execution targets.
- Ensure construction activities are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Candidates should have a relevant Civil Engineering qualification such as B.E., B.Tech or M.Tech.
- Relevant experience in large-scale Civil / Thermal Power Projects is required.
- Candidates should have strong exposure to project execution and site management.
- Experience in BTG and BOP Civil works will be highly relevant for applicable positions.
- Professionals should have experience in contractor coordination, quantity verification and execution management.
- Candidates should be capable of managing site activities, work fronts and project execution schedules.
