The company is looking for professionals with relevant experience in Railway/P-Way, Civil, Structural, Formation, Survey, QA/QC, Planning and Billing.

1. Project Head
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Civil
- Experience: 15–20 Years
- Preferred Experience: Railway / Infrastructure
- Role: Overall project execution, client coordination, planning, cost, safety, quality and timely completion.
2. Structure Head
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Civil
- Experience: 10–15+ Years
- Preferred Experience: Structural / Railway
- Role: Bridges, ROB/RUB, culverts, retaining walls and structural works.
3. Formation Manager
- Qualification: B.E./Diploma Civil
- Experience: 8–12+ Years
- Preferred Experience: Railway / Earthwork
- Role: Earthwork, embankment, compaction, subgrade, drainage and formation works.
4. P-Way Manager
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma Civil
- Experience: 8–12+ Years
- Preferred Experience: P-Way
- Role: Track laying, ballast, sleepers, rails, points & crossings, alignment, levelling and commissioning.
5. Planning & Billing Head
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Civil
- Experience: 8–12+ Years
- Preferred Experience: Planning / Billing
- Role: Project planning, scheduling, MIS, measurements, RA Bills, variations, reconciliation and cost control.
6. Quality Control Head
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Civil
- Experience: 10–15+ Years
- Preferred Experience: QA/QC
- Role: QA/QC, inspections, testing, ITP, documentation and NCR closure.
7. Survey Head
- Qualification: B.E./Diploma Civil/Survey
- Experience: 8–12+ Years
- Role: Setting-out, alignment, levels, coordinates, control points and as-built surveys.
8. Senior Engineer / Engineer
- Qualification: B.E./Diploma Civil
- Experience: 3–8 Years
- Preferred Experience: Railway / Infrastructure
- Role: Site execution, manpower/material coordination, drawings, measurements and progress monitoring.
9. Foreman / Supervisor
- Qualification: Diploma/ITI
- Experience: 3–8 Years
- Preferred Experience: Construction / Railway
- Role: Day-to-day site supervision, manpower, productivity, workmanship and safety.
10. Surveyor / Survey Assistant
- Qualification: Diploma/ITI/Certificate in Survey
- Experience: 2–6 Years
- Role: Setting-out, levelling, alignment, measurements and as-built survey using Total Station, Auto Level and GPS.
11. QA/QC Engineer
- Qualification: B.E./Diploma Civil
- Experience: 3–8 Years
- Preferred Experience: QA/QC
- Role: Site inspection, material/work testing, quality documentation and NCR closure.

Candidates with strong knowledge of IR/Indian Railway specifications, drawings, measurements, site execution and safety requirements are preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Railway project experience is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indian Railway specifications and project requirements.
- Ability to work at project/site locations.
- Good coordination skills with clients, consultants and contractors.
- Relevant experience in the position applied for.
