Available Positions
1. Maintenance & AI Lead (AO Lead)
- Qualification: BE / BTech in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation
- Experience: Minimum 12 years in Oil & Gas processing, refining, petrochemical or chemical industries
- Supervisory Experience: Minimum 6 years in supervisory roles
- Preferred Certification: Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt certification preferred
2. HSE Lead
- Qualification: BTech / BE / PG in HSE or Industrial Safety
- Additional Qualification: Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or certification from RLI, CLI or NEBOSH preferred from a Government-recognized institute
- Experience: 10–12 years of HSE experience in Plant Operation & Maintenance or similar roles
- HSE Knowledge: Sound knowledge of HSE Management Systems, Risk Management, Process Safety Management and national/international HSE regulations
- Technical Skills: Risk assessment techniques including QRA, MS Office, Root Cause Analysis and Train the Trainer competence
- Audit Knowledge: Lead Auditor knowledge in OHSAS 18001
- Additional Knowledge: Safety and sustainability framework and processing plant operations
3. Production Supervisor
- Qualification: Diploma in Engineering with minimum 10 years of experience, including at least 6 years in a supervisory position
- Alternative Qualification: Degree in Engineering with minimum 8 years of experience, including at least 4 years in a supervisory position
- Industry Experience: Experience preferably from Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or Refinery industries
4. CMMS Planner
- Qualification: BE / BTech with more than 5 years of experience
- Alternative Qualification: Diploma in Engineering with more than 7 years of experience
- Software Experience: Hands-on experience in SAP PM & MM modules
- Additional Skills: Hands-on MS Office experience will be an added advantage
- Planning Skills: Maintenance planning, scheduling and Deferral Management
- Reporting: Performance reporting and monitoring
- Technical Knowledge: PM Master Data Management
- Reporting Responsibility: Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports related to PM activities
- KPI Knowledge: Maintenance KPI preparation, monitoring and reporting
- Communication: Good communication skills in English
- Data Analysis: Ability to analyse large datasets in Excel and prepare reports
