1. QA/QC Manager – TBM Tunnel Project
- Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 15+ years of overall experience, including at least 10 years in QA/QC for TBM tunnels, bridges, interchanges, and cut-and-cover structures.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead QA/QC activities for TBM tunnel construction.
- Develop and implement Project Quality Plans, ITPs, and quality procedures.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate inspections, material approvals, and testing with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Manage NCRs, corrective and preventive actions, and root-cause analysis.
- Conduct quality audits and maintain quality records and handover documentation.
2. Construction Manager – MEP / Tunnel Ventilation
- Qualification: Degree in Mechanical Engineering; postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline preferred.
- Experience: 20+ years of overall experience, including at least 15 years in tunnel ventilation and MEP works.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead construction and installation activities for MEP and tunnel ventilation systems.
- Coordinate design and execution with clients, consultants, and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, and safety standards.
- Monitor installation progress, testing, commissioning, and system performance.
3. Chief Interface Coordinator
- Qualification: Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- Experience: 20+ years of overall experience, including at least 10 years in interface coordination and management involving tunnel ventilation, bridges, interchanges, MEP works, traffic, road works, and utility diversions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage interfaces between civil, TBM, MEP, utilities, traffic, and stakeholder teams.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities.
- Track design deliverables, approvals, and changes.
- Identify and resolve interface issues, project constraints, and coordination risks.
- Ensure smooth coordination across all project disciplines.
