1. Deputy Manager – C&I – Projects

  • Experience: 5–8 Years
  • Location: Raigarh, India
  • Qualification: Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in C&I or relevant Engineering field
  • Power Plant Experience: Minimum 3 years in a power plant
  • Execute electrical project activities in Thermal Power Plant projects
  • Monitor installation, erection, testing and commissioning of electrical equipment
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, contractors, consultants and site teams
  • Track project progress and resolve technical issues
  • Manage installation and commissioning of generators, transformers, HT/LT switchgear, GIS/AIS switchyards, bus ducts, motors and MCCs
  • Handle UPS, battery systems, chargers and electrical protection systems
  • Oversee plant lighting, earthing and lightning protection systems
  • Review testing procedures and commissioning plans
  • Coordinate with OEMs and consultants during equipment testing
  • Manage EPC contractors and subcontractors
  • Review contractor bills and certify work completion

2. Assistant Manager – Projects

  • Experience: 8–14 Years
  • Location: Ahmedabad, India
  • Qualification: M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering / Thermal Engineering
  • Industry Experience: Thermal Power Projects
  • Experience in Owner’s Engineer, EPC, Consultant or Power Utility environment
  • Experience with Mechanical BOP systems for large utility-scale thermal power plants
  • Experience with CW, ACW, DM Plant, RWTP, ETP, STP and compressed air systems
  • Knowledge of fire fighting, fuel oil, HVAC utility, ash handling and water/wastewater systems
  • Review engineering documents, drawings, calculations and technical specifications
  • Conduct Technical Bid Evaluation of BOP packages
  • Review vendor offers, technical clarifications and vendor drawings
  • Coordinate with consultants, OEMs, EPC contractors and project teams
  • Manage interfaces with Civil, Electrical, C&I, Process and Project teams
  • Track engineering deliverables and project milestones
  • Prepare and review design basis documents, datasheets and specifications
  • Preferred: Experience in 210 MW, 500 MW, 660 MW, 800 MW or above thermal power plants

3. Deputy Manager – Mechanical (Turbine)

  • Experience: 7–9 Years
  • Location: Singrauli, India
  • Industry: Thermal Power Plant Projects
  • Execute erection, installation, testing and commissioning of Steam Turbine Generator systems and auxiliaries
  • Supervise erection and alignment of turbines, generators, condensers, pumps, heat exchangers and valves
  • Monitor turbine rotor installation, bearing alignment and coupling alignment
  • Review technical drawings, layouts, erection methodologies and commissioning procedures
  • Coordinate pre-commissioning and commissioning activities
  • Monitor flushing, hydraulic tests, steam blowing, rolling, synchronization and performance testing

4. Senior Manager – Mechanical

  • Experience: 10–12 Years
  • Location: Singrauli, India
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related discipline
  • Preferred: Master’s degree or higher qualification in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
  • Lead chemistry commissioning activities during power plant startup
  • Establish and manage chemical control programs for boiler feed water, cooling water, condensate and other critical water circuits
  • Conduct chemical analysis and interpret results
  • Identify and address issues related to corrosion, scaling and contamination
  • Coordinate with commissioning, operations and maintenance teams
  • Develop chemical treatment procedures, commissioning plans and safety protocols
  • Manage chemical inventory, procurement and quality control
  • Monitor and report chemical parameters and trends
  • Coordinate with external laboratories and vendors for chemical testing
  • Train and mentor chemistry engineers and technicians
  • Implement risk assessment and mitigation strategies for chemical handling
  • Participate in audits and inspections related to chemical commissioning
  • Preferred Certification: Water Chemistry or Industrial Water Treatment
  • HSE certification related to chemical handling is highly desirable
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in chemistry commissioning within the power or energy industry
