QS Billing Engineer

Educational Qualification
- Essential Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Experience Required
- 5–15 years of relevant experience in Urban Infrastructure or Civil Construction Projects.
- Strong technical knowledge in planning, billing, contracts, and project execution.
- Candidates with infrastructure project experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Planning Engineer
- Prepare Project Baseline Programme and Project Schedules.
- Project Planning and Resource Allocation.
- Cash Flow Projection and Rolling Programme.
- Time Cycle Tracking and S-Curve Preparation.
- Track Project Milestones and Critical Path Activities.
- Prepare Method Statements and MIS Reports.
Contracts Engineer
- Review and analyze project contracts.
- Prepare Contract Appreciation Documents (CAD).
- Maintain contractual correspondence.
- Prepare and submit Extension of Time (EOT) claims with proper delay analysis.
QS Billing Engineer
- Handle Client Billing and Subcontract Billing activities.
- Prepare Running Account (RA) Bills.
- Reconcile certified RA Bills.
- Identify withheld quantities and client deductions.
- Update billing records in SAP.
