Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Develop and execute Quality Control Plans
- Conduct quality audits, inspections, and testing procedures
- Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
- Monitor Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) statements
- Maintain QCI Assessment Scores
- Establish Design Mix for construction materials
- Conduct field testing for soil, concrete, asphalt, and pipes
- Perform testing such as Vertical, Lateral, Dynamic, CHSI, and PIT tests
