Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule and execute civil construction activities as per project plans, timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and subcontractors.
- Monitor site progress and resolve technical issues during execution.
- Maintain measurement books, quality records and daily/weekly reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety norms, statutory regulations and site standards.
- Manage manpower, materials, machinery and other site resources.
- Handle site inspections, audits and project deliverables.
- Support cost control and efficient utilization of project resources.
Qualification & Skills
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in civil construction.
- Building and infrastructure project experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, quality control and safety procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- AutoCAD knowledge preferred.
- Primavera / MS Project knowledge preferred.
- Good communication, leadership and team management skills.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in large-scale commercial, infrastructure and urban development projects will be preferred.
