- Experience: 0–2 Years
- Qualification: Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or related field

Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical, mechanical and environmental testing on Lithium-ion cells and battery packs.
- Conduct capacity, efficiency, life cycle, safety and mechanical tests.
- Perform BMS functionality and communication validation.
- Prepare test samples, fixtures and setups.
- Prepare test schedules and initiate tests.
- Record and analyse test data and flag failures or deviations.
- Support root cause analysis of failed units.
- Maintain and calibrate test equipment.
- Support validation reporting and regulatory documentation.
- Execute and monitor tests during rotational shifts.
Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of Lithium-ion battery technology and BMS.

2. Assistant Engineer – Maintenance, Mechanical

Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance of equipment and dehumidifier systems.
- Follow preventive maintenance schedules.

- Handle end-to-end development of aerospace fasteners.
- Review RFQs, drawings, specifications and standards.
