1. Project Manager
- Qualification: Graduate/Diploma holder
- Experience: 20+ years in high-rise building construction
- Responsibilities: Responsible for site and contractors management for Bangalore operations.
2. Manager – Quality Control
- Qualification: B-Tech Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 15 years in high-rise building construction/quality management.
3. Engineer – Tendering
- Qualification: B-Tech/Diploma
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in tendering and billing activities.
4. Planning Manager
- Qualification: B-Tech Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 7 years
- Skills: Good knowledge in MS Project, project scheduling, and monitoring.
5. Engineer – Quality Control
- Qualification: B-Tech/Diploma
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of site experience in construction/quality management.
6. Safety Officer
- Qualification: Graduate/Diploma
- Experience: 7 years
- Skills: Good knowledge in high-rise building safety management.
7. Project Engineer / Site Engineer
- Qualification: Graduate Engineers
- Experience: 5-10 years
8. Receptionist
- Qualification: Graduate with good communication skills
- Candidates: Female candidates
