Key Requirements:
- Experience in electrical project execution and site coordination

- RA billing and pre-measurements

- Experience: 10–12 Years
- Qualification: Bachelor’s / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering
- Location: Pune, Maharashtra
- Industry: Construction / Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise MEP site execution activities
- Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, specifications, BOQs and technical submittals
- Coordinate MEP works with Civil, Structural, Architectural, ELV and Fire Fighting teams
- Supervise electrical, HVAC, plumbing and firefighting installations
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, vendors and clients
- Resolve technical issues and MEP clashes
- Monitor contractor manpower, productivity and work quality
- Prepare and follow up on RFI, MIR and WIR
- Track MEP activities against the project schedule
- Ensure HSE compliance
