1. Senior Engineer / Engineer – MIVAN (Structure)
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 6–10 Years

- Installation and execution
- Concrete coordination
- Quality control
- Safety management
2. Foreman – Shuttering MIVAN (Structure)
- Qualification: SSC / Intermediate
- Experience: 2–12 Years
Expertise:
- Aluminium formwork systems
- Drawing interpretation
- Installation and execution
- Concreting coordination
- Quality control

3. Foreman – Steel MIVAN (Structure)
- Qualification: SSC / Intermediate
- Experience: 2–12 Years
Expertise:
- Steel quantity estimation
- BBS (Bar Bending Schedule)
- Drawing and technical interpretation
- Structural steel works
4. Senior Supervisor / Supervisor – Non-Technical MIVAN (Structure)
- Qualification: SSC / Intermediate
- Experience: 2–12 Years
Expertise:
- Supervision of raft, footing, slab, beam, column, and shear wall works
- Reinforcement checking as per drawings and BBS
- Formwork inspection (MIVAN and conventional systems)
- Concrete pouring supervision
- Quality control and site coordination
