Inspection of All activities for Height work, Hot work, Electrical work, Excavation work, lifting & shifting work , manual handling, Confined space entry work, ETC.
All tools and tackles inspection and colour coding and check of TPI Third party Inspection.
Unsafe act/ Unsafe Condition.
Nearmiss, accident, incident Investigation Reports.
Maintain safety committee meeting.
Monthly Reports.
Maintain PPE personal protective Equipment.
