1. Manager – Quantity Surveying (QS)
- No. of Positions: 1
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 10–15 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all quantity surveying and cost control activities.
- Prepare, review, and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Manage subcontractor billing, certification, and payment processes.
- SAP knowledge is mandatory.
2. Planning Engineer
- No. of Positions: 1
- Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Hands-on experience in NATM (Tunnel) projects.
- Skills Required: Primavera, project scheduling, quantity estimation, rate analysis, and other planning functions.
