1. Project Manager (Mivan Technology)

• Experience: 20+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of high-rise residential projects using Mivan construction technology.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, quality, safety, and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.

2. MEP Manager

• Experience: 10+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works.
• Coordinate MEP design, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

3. Electrical Engineer

• Experience: 3–8 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical installation and execution.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with electrical standards.
• Coordinate with project teams for smooth execution.

4. Legal Officer (Male)

• Experience: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Handle legal documentation and statutory compliance.
• Review contracts, agreements, and legal records.
• Coordinate legal matters related to construction projects.

5. Assistant Manager / Sales Executive

• Experience: 2–10 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries and sales activities.
• Coordinate with prospective buyers and clients.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain customer relationships.

6. Accounts Executive

• Experience: 5–10 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Handle accounting operations and financial documentation.
• Prepare financial reports and maintain records.

7. Taxation Executive

• Manage GST, TDS, and other taxation-related activities.

Educational Qualification

• Engineering positions require B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in the relevant discipline.

Eligibility Criteria

• Relevant experience in Core High-Rise Residential Projects is preferred.
• Project Manager candidates should have extensive experience in Mivan Technology.
• Strong technical knowledge, project execution, coordination, and communication skills are desirable.
