1. Quantity Surveyor – Civil (Buildings)

- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- GCC/KSA Experience Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quantity take-offs for civil building/villa works from drawings and specifications
- Prepare and manage BOQs for tendering and contract purposes
- Manage the tender process and ensure compliance with company procedures
- Evaluate tender documents and identify risks and opportunities
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
- Submit tender documents, BOQs, and pricing schedules
- Attend post-bid negotiations and coordinate internally
- Review subcontractor and supplier quotations
- Maintain tender documentation and pricing databases
- Develop tender strategies with project and tender teams
- Analyze project performance against budgets and forecasts
- Implement risk management strategies
- Provide full-time back-office support to KSA building projects
2. Senior Planning Engineer

- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare project schedules and tender baseline programs
- Analyze tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and specifications
- Develop baseline programs, resource loading plans, manpower histograms, equipment deployment plans, and cash flow projections
- Coordinate with estimation, QS, design, procurement, and tender teams
- Prepare project execution strategies and construction methodologies
- Update manpower and equipment histograms
- Identify project risks and mitigation measures
- Prepare detailed schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project
- Develop phasing plans, staging methodology, and milestone schedules
- Support technical proposals, presentations, and planning narratives
- Review client requirements and contractual milestones
- Coordinate with KSA teams for planning submissions
- Ensure compliance with client specifications, FIDIC requirements, and project standards
- Support bid strategy and project feasibility assessments
