- Qualification: B.E. Civil / NICMAR

- Qualification: B.E. Mechanical / Electrical
- Experience: 20+ Years
3. Jr. Estimation Engineer – MEP (Pre-Contract) – Electrical Background
- Qualification: B.E. Electrical

4. Jr. Estimation Engineer – MEP (Pre-Contract) – Mechanical Background
- Qualification: B.E. Mechanical
- Experience: 7+ Years
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong background in pre-contract estimation, BOQ preparation, and rate analysis for Civil & MEP works.
- Proficiency in estimation software (Candy / CCS / CostX or similar), MS Excel, and AutoCAD.
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and tender documents accurately.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost optimization.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with GCC / Saudi construction standards preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
For Civil Background:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and rate analyses for building projects (residential, commercial, institutional, industrial, etc.).
- Study tender documents, drawings, and specifications for accurate scope and pricing.
- Conduct market research and subcontractor/supplier evaluations to ensure competitive pricing.
- Coordinate with design, planning, procurement, and project management teams.
- Contribute to tender strategy, risk assessment, and value engineering discussions.
For MEP Background:
- Lead the preparation of cost estimates, BOQs, and rate analyses for all MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, ELV, and specialized services).
- Review tender documents and technical specifications for scope completeness.
- Conduct market analysis, vendor/subcontractor evaluations, and pricing studies aligned with KSA standards.
- Collaborate with Civil Tender, Design, Procurement, and Commercial teams for integrated submissions.
Other Key Considerations
- Prior experience in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia / GCC construction projects preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in multicultural teams.
- Compensation will be aligned with experience, skills, and qualifications.
