1. Mechanical Engineer
- Experience: 5–7 Years
- Location: Saudi Arabia
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing or continuous-process industries
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of rotating and mechanical equipment such as pumps, gearboxes, bearings, shafts and couplings
- Experience with conveyors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Mechanical troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Preventive and corrective maintenance
- Equipment alignment, lubrication and bearing replacement
- Basic knowledge of vibration monitoring
- Reading mechanical drawings, P&IDs, equipment layouts and OEM manuals
- Experience in fabrication, welding, machining and workshop activities
Preferred Experience:
Experience in continuous manufacturing industries such as nonwovens, plastics, film, paper, textile, packaging or similar process industries will be preferred. Experience with nonwoven machinery, CMMS, condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, equipment installation, commissioning and shutdown activities will be an advantage.
2. AI-Assisted Sheet Metal Designer / AI Prompter
- Experience: 2–5 Years
- Location: Saudi Arabia
- Department: Engineering & Design / Production Engineering
The position involves developing, modifying and optimizing sheet-metal products using CAD software, manufacturing knowledge and AI-based engineering and design tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create 2D drawings and 3D models
- Prepare flat patterns, bend layouts, assembly drawings and fabrication drawings
- Prepare cutting and installation drawings
- Develop accurate Bills of Materials (BOM)
- Select suitable materials, thicknesses and manufacturing methods
- Design components for laser cutting, CNC punching, bending, rolling, welding and assembly
- Apply appropriate bend allowances, K-factors, bend radii and tolerances
- Develop effective AI prompts for engineering and sheet-metal design
- Use AI for design optimization, material selection, calculations, BOM generation and cost estimation
- Assist with design checking and technical documentation
- Identify possible design conflicts and manufacturing issues
- Develop reusable AI prompt libraries and workflows
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, CNC/Laser, Fabrication, Purchasing, Quality Control and Estimation teams
Design for Manufacturing:
The candidate should understand sheet utilization, nesting efficiency, material wastage, welding requirements, bend radii, hole sizes, assembly time and practical manufacturing limitations.
Production Support:
The role also involves preparing DXF files, laser-cutting files, CNC bending information, flat patterns, bend sequences, hole patterns, cutting lists and material specifications.
3. AutoCAD Designer / Draftsman – Sheet Metal
- Experience: 5–7 Years
- Location: Saudi Arabia
- Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Additional Requirement: Professional AutoCAD software training certificate
Candidates should have minimum 5 years of experience in a reputed metal products manufacturing company in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new products from the conceptual stage through prototype design
- Design products related to laboratory furniture, playground equipment and other metal products
- Improve and fine-tune existing product designs
- Coordinate with the Engineering Department for final production drawings
- Prepare accurate mechanical engineering drawings
- Work with 2D and 3D drawings, isometric views, plans and elevations
- Understand sheet-metal and steel fabrication processes
- Consider factory machinery capabilities while preparing designs
- Understand the capabilities of laser cutting, shearing, bending and punching machines
- Work with commonly used steel sections including sheets, angles, channels and I-beams
4. Elevator Maintenance Technician
- Experience: 6–10 Years
- Location: Saudi Arabia
- Qualification: Diploma / Technical Qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Hydraulic Systems or Elevator Maintenance
Required Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 6 years of elevator maintenance experience
- Experience with VVVF, traction and hydraulic elevators
- Experience with escalators and dumb waiters
- Knowledge of elevator brands such as Otis, Schindler, Mitsubishi and Dover
- Troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, electronic and hydraulic systems
- Ability to diagnose safety-related faults
- Ability to read logic diagrams and schematic drawings
- Good English communication skills
- Valid driving licence will be preferred
