1. Architect (Planning & Business Development)
- Location: Mumbai
- Qualification: B. Arch
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Planning and conversant with Development Control Regulations.
2. Draughtsman
- Location: Mumbai
- Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in preparing drawings using AutoCAD and knowledge of Development Control Regulations.
3. Admin Officer
- Locations: Mumbai & Thane
- Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in construction project administration, with the ability to deal with local, state, and central government authorities. Good communication and negotiation skills are essential. Alternatively, Short service commission officers below 50 years of age with 3 to 5 years of civil experience in administration are preferred.
4. Manager – Human Resources
- Location: Mumbai
- Qualification: MBA graduate
- Experience: 5-7 years in HR, preferably in the construction field. Responsibilities include recruitment, selection process, implementation of HR Policies & Procedures for multiple locations, and handling connected statutory work. Good communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi & Marathi are required.
5. Accountants
- Locations: Mumbai & Thane
- Qualification: B.Com / MBA / CA (inter)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in handling project accounts, data entries with thorough knowledge of TDS / GST / Tally.
6. Asst. Purchase Manager
- Location: Thane
- Qualification: Graduate, preferably with a management degree in procurement
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in procurement of building construction materials.
7. Front Desk Executive
- Location: Thane
- Qualification: Female graduate
- Experience: Good experience and communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi & Marathi. Computer knowledge is preferred.
8. Document Controller
- Location: Mumbai
- Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: Good experience in setting up all QMS documents and folders/maintain records of all projects.
9. Filing Incharge
- Location: Mumbai
- Responsibilities: Performing general office clerk duties & maintaining subject-wise files for the projects.
10. Asst. Manager Legal
- Location: Mumbai
- Qualification: Law graduate
- Experience: 3-5 years in real estate development documentation. Proficiency in preparation of Development Agreements, including registration, with a good command of Marathi & English.
11. Sales Manager (Real Estate)
- Locations: Mumbai/Thane
- Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Sales/marketing customer relationship of real estate with proven track record. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, good communication/negotiation skills, and leadership skills with fluency in English and Marathi are required.
12. Sales Executive (Real Estate)
- Location: Thane
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in Sales/marketing of real estate projects. Graduate with interpersonal skills & go-getter attitude. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is essential. Lead generation experience is preferred.
13. Planning & Billing Engineer
- Location: Thane
- Qualification: BE(Civil) / Diploma
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in high-rise building construction, Planning billing, quantity estimation, and preparing BOQ. Hands-on knowledge of software like AutoCAD/MSP/Primavera, etc.
14. Site Engineer
- Location: Thane
- Qualification: BE(Civil) / Diploma
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in high-rise building construction, landscaping, finishing works with a proven track record.
15. Civil Foreman / Supervisors
- Location: Thane
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in high-rise building construction.
16. Asst. Engineer (Mech)
- Location: Thane
- Qualification: Bachelor / Diploma in Mech. Engineering
- Experience: 2-5 years in maintenance of heavy earthmoving equipment, plant & machinery.
17. Quality Assurance Engineer
- Location: Thane
- Qualification: Diploma in Engineering / Science graduate
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in concrete testing & quality assurance.
18. Safety Officer
- Location: Thane
- Qualification: Diploma
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in high-rise building work.
19. Store Incharge
- Location: Thane
- Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: 5 years in handling store inward/outward, GRN, RGP, NRGP, Materials Issue, etc., in ERP System. Computer knowledge in Windows, MS office (Word/Excel) is a must.
